Exchange and Return Policies: Purchases

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Exchange and Return Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://www.tuxedofashions.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product(s) to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
Product(s) that are bought from our Physical Store can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the item(s) by following the shipping instruction:
If applicable, we will send you a shipping label once the return exchange/return request has been approved. In case you need to ship the product(s) using another carrier other than UPS or FedEx, you may do so at your own expense. Please use the following shipping address: Tuxedo Fashions 363 Meridian Ave. San Jose, CA 95126. You must include the return slip or return authorization form in the package to ensure credit.
REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Product(s) must be returned in its original packaging
- Product(s) wasn’t used or damaged
- Product(s) must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product(s) must be unworn and unaltered
- Product(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Aside from these conditions there are items that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
EXCHANGE POLICY
Product(s) can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.
Refunds for exchanged product(s) must be received within 15 days of purchase date and the following conditions are met:
- Product(s) must be returned in its original packaging
- Product(s) wasn’t used or damaged
- Product(s) must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product(s) must be unworn and unaltered
- Product(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product(s) for the item to be inspected and replaced.
Your exchanged product(s) will be processed for a refund Once items are received and conditions are confirmed.
You are given the rights to exchange the item(s), Once. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
If you select an item(s) for a size or fit exchange and has a higher value compared to item(s) you’re exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. If you select to exchange or return any item(s) that is a different color or a different style compared to item(s) you’re exchanging, we will ask you to pay the return cost of the items you’re exchanging and any new shipping costs. . If you are in a group, members within your group you can also include any exchange/return item(s) provided members have been approved and have the return slip or return authorization form to include with their item(s). All items must be unworn, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
You will be updated for their Return Status through your EMAIL or PHONE or SMS provided that all contact information we have on file is correct.

Return Policies: Rentals
- Return Deadlines: Rentals should be returned the day after the event. However, we may have a grace period of a few days after the event.
- Late Fees: Late returns may result in a per-day fee of $20.
Damage Charges: Damage or staining may result in additional charges or replacement costs.
