Perfect Prints Club is a B2B e-commerce platform, where the printing press sends the printing orders taken by it for printing, in which it should be ensured by the customer that the order is not fake / duplicate or prohibited item, or without the permission of the organization Not taken! It will be the responsibility of the distributor / printing press to ensure this. If any printing press or distributor knowingly sends fake / duplicate or banned items to us for order processing, the same press or firm will be responsible for legal and other proceedings and its membership will be cancelled. If you want same color of earlier job, then file of job will have to be given separately and additional charge will be payable. (There is a possibility of variation in color if printed several times, for which the company will not be responsible) It will be the responsibility of the company to deliver the goods to the transport or courier in the right condition. If there is damage to the goods or delay in delivery due to the transporter or courier company or any other reason, then the company will not be responsible for it. In all products with printing, if there is a printing mistake in 5 to 50% sheets/cards, then only discount can be given in the same proportion. And if there is printing mistake in more than 50: sheets then only the order will be reprinted. If your order is reprinted due to printing mistake, the transportation charges for the reprinted order will be payable by you. In case of any dispute / loss / late receipt etc. of the product in transaction, the maximum liability of the company will be limited to the rate of the disputed product only. The company reserves all rights to cancel the 'Distributorship' of anyone and change the Channel Partner Code! The company will be responsible only for the payments made in the company's bank account All legal matters are subject to Jaipur Court only!
